Job Details
The ethical promotion of Nestls infant nutrition products in his/her territory by clearly communicating with Health Care Professionals (HCPs), keeping in mind, mothers milk is best for Babies.
Ensuring recommendation for the Nestle Nutrition product range within the scope of the Indian Code, detailing against homemade paps and bovine milk.
Being a reliable source of information on infant nutrition and infant feeding practices.
Ensuring quality execution in terms of detailing/ conducting scientific symposiums etc as per the company guidelines.
Training period: Duration: maximum 11 months. During the training period the candidates would be given Rs 25000/- per month as Stipend. The trainee will also be entitled to a fixed market working allowance of Rs 400/- (225- DA+175 TA) for every day of market working.
During this period of training, the candidate will get regular feedback on her/his performance. On successful completion of training period employment may be offered to the candidate as Nutrition Officer . Post 6 months of training upto 11 months the candidate is eligible for evaluation for the role of Nutrition Officer.
Post getting employed as Nutrition Officer the ctc will be around 6-6.5 lacs.
(Knowing local language is a must)
Candidates should be open to relocate within the same state.
Must Have
B. Pharma, Bsc (Dietetics & Nutrition, Home Science, Biology, Zoology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Botany, chemistry) % secured in 10th, 12th, Graduation: More than 50 % mandatory
